Creed Athlete provides a variety of different services. From training blocks of team/group dynamics, to 6-week mental fortitude and physical training sessions, Creed Athlete covers the spread. Not an "athlete?" No problem. Creed Athlete's foundational principles, team dynamics, and mental fortitude building can apply to the stage, the boardroom, and many other realms.

Team / Group Mental Fortitude Session
Does your group or team need mental fortitude knowledge-transfer pre, mid, or post season? Does your team seek to fortify and improve their mental strength in and out of the competitive arena? Mental fortitude sessions tailored to each team's / group's needs, are an outstanding way to aid in that important and challending process.

Mental Fortitude 6-Week Program

6-weeks, two training days per week consisting of approximately 1 hour of intense physical training, followed by 30 minutes of mental fortitude, lecture-based training

Physical training sessions build stronger, more explosive, all-around better conditioned and mentally prepared athletes

Classroom lectures and activities provide knowledge to participants through guiding principles and strategies to be utilized in the competitive arena and, more importantly in life.
